You are probably wondering why on earth makes me think that I am the authority on "what-to-watch" in the British television world and who the heck is this person telling me what I should watch?  

Well let me explain why--not only did I grow up watching these shows such as "Jeeves & Wooster," the original "House of Cards," "Miss Marple," "Monty Python and the Flying Circus," (I could go on forever but I'll stop here) but my love for everything British continued (especially when we took a trip there!) and flourished when I started working at Barnes and Noble.  I worked my way to the Movie and Music department through cultivating a following of my favorite subject, which I think you can guess by now what that is--British Television!  While working there you have to choose an item that "you" will personally sell 100 of....my choice was the 1st series of Downton Abbey (before it took off).  No one had chosen a DVD let alone a high priced "series", which I achieved personally within 3 months and was the first in the district to ever do so!
